I have been using Finhosting's excellent colocation service since spring 2005. It is a pleasure working with them, they are friendly, responsive, responsible and flexible - their service in general is superb.
Together with Finhosting we worked out the specs and Finhosting ordered the parts, ensuring a good price without shipping charges. This also made sure the machine was built based on my needs. When the parts came in, paying for the hardware was easy. They had me call the hardware supplier on a land line and I just paid with my credit card. Then, Finhosting set up the server and installed White Box Linux.
It has been stable all the time, no unplanned outages. The network connectivity is outstanding. With this kind of connectivity the server is capable of supporting many clients without hitting a technical limit. The ping remains stable, no packet loss, bandwith as needed - true datacenter qualities. Did I mention the availability of the server to its clients is 100% ?
